Trade Store Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on professional to coordinate and supervise trade store refurbishments, new store fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays.
The ideal candidate will lead the coordination of multiple store projects from planning through to completion.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have proven project coordination or management experience and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Frequent travel is required, both locally and interstate, to support project delivery and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and supervise multiple store projects from planning through to completion.
- Act as the central point of contact for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
- Prepare project schedules, securing manufacturing & delivery lead-times, works quotations as required and overseeing key project KPIs.
The Trade Store Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
Project deliverables include: managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
