Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced cost professional to support the settlement of construction disputes, resolve commercial issues, and create estimates and cost plans for client developments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims to ensure clients receive best value from works undertaken.
  • Create accurate estimates and cost plans for client developments.
  • Resolve commercial, change orders, and contract issues quickly and fairly.
  • Provide clear and timely communication on project spend and variations to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
