As a Cost Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing process constraints, target costing projects, and tracing costs to underlying activities. This role requires providing accurate costing information to management through cost allocations, follow-ups, and reporting. Invoicing to various projects is also a key part of this scope.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Control project expenditures, including measuring cost, time, and scope in accordance with the contract.
2) Develop and implement cost planning, forecasting, and monitoring cost estimations.
3) Track milestones and ensure project targets are achieved.
4) Validate scope documents with contract scope/sales estimates.
5) Prepare cost estimates and update online cost forecasts.
6) Minimize deviation through rigorous cost control and forecasting.
7) Close control of subcontracts/supplier accounts costs.
8) Periodic financial statements about project progress
9) Regular reporting of risk/opportunities and potential deviations.
10) Timely supporting documentation for project reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Management/Accounting & Finance
- 2 years' experience in a junior cost control/finance officer

- Ability to critique, recommend, and implement initiatives that seek efficiencies either from a process or systems perspective
