  • Claims Resolution: Support final account negotiations and claims resolution.
  • Clear Communication: Produce clear cost documentation to drive timely, informed project decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
  • Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects.
  • Chartered or working towards completion—full support provided.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
