Job Title: Logistics Care Specialist

The Logistics Care Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by proactively addressing logistics-related customer complaints, providing visibility on customer backorders, and efficiently managing returns throughout the order-to-payment journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Process returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for timely completion of tasks.
  • Effectively utilize systems to record actions taken and identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively on back-order management.
  • Support Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Materials Management, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
  • Build trust with Field Sales to increase Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls.
  • Handle emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist in training new team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid understanding of related business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
