
Logistics Customer Service Ambassador

The Logistics Care Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by proactively addressing logistics-related customer complaints, providing visibility on customer backorders, and efficiently managing returns throughout the order-to-payment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Process returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for timely completion of tasks.
- Effectively utilize systems to record actions taken and identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively on back-order management.
- Support Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.
- Develop strong partnerships with Materials Management, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
- Build trust with Field Sales to increase Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls.
- Handle emails in a timely manner.
- Assist in training new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
- Solid understanding of related business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
