Payroll Configuration Specialist

This role involves leading and configuring payroll solutions using SAP ECP and/or ECC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement payroll systems to meet client requirements.
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across various industries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients on payroll design and configuration.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international payroll legislation, including STP and superannuation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure smooth operation of payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful payroll projects.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desired).
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desired).
  • Ability to lead solution design and facilitate workshops with clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
