As a SAP Payroll Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payroll transformation projects. You will be responsible for leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
Delivering end-to-end implementation projects across various industries
Facilitating payroll design workshops and gathering complex requirements
Ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
Providing ongoing post-go-live support to clients
Maintaining quality and governance across deliverables
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Mentoring junior consultants and sharing technical knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Legal working rights in Australia
