About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Boutique Consulting. As a key member of our operations function, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, including managing complex international and local scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring meticulous coordination.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, upholding our company's professional standards and service excellence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize comprehensive internal and external meetings, including conference calls, video conferencing, and logistics management across various time zones.
  • Financial Management: Take charge of monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Communication: Handle call management with discretion, filtering inquiries and information with tact and efficiency.
  • Business Partnership: Embody strong commercial awareness and form an indispensable component of our executive team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture pivotal relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to advance company development.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively address potential issues, displaying exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • General Support: Provide critical business support and conduct general administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • EA Coverage: Offer EA coverage, working in tandem with other assistants to ensure consistent support and business continuity.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a corporate setting, ideally in the financial services or professional services sector.
  • A track record of effectively supporting multiple senior executives.
  • Mastered the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Outlook and solid skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
