- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a secretarial role.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and relationships across different time zones.
- Experience supporting a senior manager, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience organizing occasional national travel (approximately once per month).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
- Modern office amenities, including new end-of-trip facilities and underground parking.
- Competitive salary with annual review and up to 15% bonus.
- Exposure to clients, joint venture partners, and key industry stakeholders.
