Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Managing Director with diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, correspondence, expense claims, and general administrative tasks.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including offshore teams.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support the Managing Director with PowerPoint presentations and prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Plan and organize meetings, events, and functions.
  • Support the finance team with invoice processing and timely vendor payments, while maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience providing C-Suite level support.
  • A high level of confidentiality.
  • Patience and adaptability to work in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
  • Be driven, with a can-do attitude and positive energy.
  • Proficient across Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
