This role involves participating in the development, implementation, and administration of various operations strategic initiatives with a direct focus on ensuring a positive client experience.
You will actively participate in the oversight and management of numerous outsourced vendors. The successful candidate will support the platform oversight team by applying subject matter expertise and knowledge around activities that support the integrity of platform operations.
Key responsibilities include developing team processes and procedures to improve operational effectiveness, contributing to the design, implementation and performance of control activities in support of regulatory and platform obligations, and providing assistance and training support as needed to recognise and develop other team members.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong client service focus and good interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience in investment operations, registry and/or oversight functions is highly regarded.
About This Role
- Support the Platform Oversight team by applying subject matter expertise and knowledge around activities that support the integrity of Platform operations.
- Independently identify and resolve complex operational issues.
- Oversee operating procedures, monitor operational metrics, and ensure timely processing based on daily goals.
- Develop team processes and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and performance of control activities in support of regulatory and platform obligations.
- Provide assistance and training support as needed to recognise and develop other team members.
