Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Adviser Platform Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the financial services industry.

The Adviser Platform Specialist will play a vital role in the implementation of our target operating model, ensuring timely and accurate platform administration activities. You will be responsible for onboarding and servicing AFS licensees and their advisers on our Super and Managed Investments platform.

As part of this role, you will liaise with other business teams to provide high-level engagement and service to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop depth of platform and operational knowledge through increased functional experience.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical capabilities, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. They will also have proficiency in operations procedures and knowledge of adviser operations workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Undergraduate degree required; Graduate degree and/or Professional Certification (CFA, MBA) preferred;">
  • Experience/exposure to operational transformation projects preferred;">
  • Minimum 3 years of business-related experience preferred; Operations and Adviser-related experience preferred;">
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, research, problem-solving, and time management skills required;">
  • Proficiency in Operations procedures and knowledge of adviser operations workflows preferred;">
