Job Title

Senior Support Specialist - Platform Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day operational support for our customer-facing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve the stability and performance of the platform through analysis, optimisation and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support group-wide capabilities including customer identity and access management, payments, and consent and data privacy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in DevOps, SRE or a related field.
  • Experience working on customer-facing platforms providing operational support.
  • Understanding of IT service operations processes and tools, including ServiceNow and reporting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and search queries for detailed analysis.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorisation technologies, API gateway knowledge and cloud technology experience.
