Digital Platform Operations Specialist

The Digital Platform Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our core CRM platform serving multiple business units. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing communications with key stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Advocate for the platform in critical strategic forums
- Coordinate, escalate, and resolve daily operational issues with key stakeholders
- Interface with digital teams to ensure activities and support tasks are carried out within defined service level agreements
- Maintain and improve platform performance and quality
- Solid experience in technology roles across digital disciplines
- Detailed knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including web, mobile apps, databases, cloud infrastructure, and applications
- In-depth understanding of IT service management frameworks
- Experience with DevOps environments and related processes
- Regulated industry experience, preferably in financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in technology disciplines such as Information Technology or Computer Science
