Platform Operations Specialist

The Platform Operations team is responsible for delivering high-quality services to our customers.

  • We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our platforms, ensuring that they meet the required service levels and are aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and maintain organisational IT systems to ensure that business goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collate requirements and turn them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Conduct QA testing to mitigate bugs and defects.
  • Ongoing developments of training of end users in how to use systems to meet best practice standards through all mediums.

Requirements:

  • Management and organisational expertise in a diverse and dynamic environment and a passion for service excellence.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of robust product management and delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage and develop large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a high-quality product to clients across business areas and deliver timely and high-impact outcomes.
  • Experience with formal project management.
  • Proven high-level interpersonal, representational, and communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at senior levels, and a proven capacity to develop effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual analysis and strategic thinking, including the ability to synthesise themes from complex and diverse information sources and produce influential advice.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification would be an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP software/platforms.
