Role Overview

The Apprenticeship Field Officer position is a dynamic opportunity to take charge of your region, surpass key performance indicators (KPIs), and enjoy the support of a dedicated team.

As a field officer, you will be responsible for promoting traineeships and apprenticeships, securing commencement opportunities, and participating in marketing and promotional initiatives. You will also foster relationships with employers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and industry stakeholders.

Your role will involve maximising business opportunities with existing clients, staying updated on policy changes and new initiatives, guiding clients through sign-up processes and government forms, providing quality account management services, and ensuring precise system data entry.

You will provide initial and ongoing support to Australian Apprentices, including facilitating face-to-face progress contacts and administering effective tests to assess individuals' skill levels, identify gaps, and evaluate aptitude for various training paths and occupations.

  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with apprentices and employers
  • Demonstrated business development or sales experience
