Business Development Specialist Role

This role will support business growth initiatives in the South of Perth region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, assisting with member retention, and developing strategic stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within agreed timeframes and quality standards
  • Regularly monitor engagement activity to ensure continuous results, maximising sales and service satisfaction
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners to drive business expansion and meet KPI targets through building effective relationships, developing new relationships, and realising contractual benefits

The successful candidate will have a background in implementing effective business development strategies, demonstrated experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Marketing, and strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
