We are seeking an experienced Practice Excellence Manager to join our team in Victoria West & Tasmania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in teaching and learning across the region.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$95,000 - AU$115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This role involves providing visionary leadership and expert guidance to practice teams, driving quality improvements in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) across the State. You will work closely with state managers to ensure a coordinated and aligned approach to centres, analyzing practice data and presenting recommendations to inform Quality Improvement Plans.

You will lead practice partners to deliver high-quality and consistent practice across centres, using effective coaching and modeling to build sustainable teaching and learning capability in centre teams. Your extensive experience in working at a state or national level in practice uplift will be invaluable in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognized university
  • A tested track record of teaching and learning practice uplift delivery
  • Experience in working at a state or national level in practice uplift
  • Extensive practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years)
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other state-based approved/recognized learning guidelines, and the National Quality Standard
