About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Planning and Controls Professionals to join various Maritime and Defence Delivery programs.

As a PP&C Professional, you will be responsible for utilising Earned Value Management Systems and Tools to inform Project Management on project cost, schedule performance and risk status.

  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures and associated WBS Dictionaries.
  • Establish approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines.
  • Manage/process approved baseline changes.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting activities including capturing actuals, status, Estimates to Complete and undertaking detailed variance analysis.

You have previous experience as a Project Controller/Project Scheduler/Cost Schedule Analyst and a strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles.

About You
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously under time constraints, solve problems and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Current Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
