">Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to fill a key role. This position will provide financially astute solutions and advice to the business, working closely with leaders to offer forward-looking analysis and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trusted financial guidance to stakeholders to align business objectives and financial strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analytical reviews on project budgets.
  • Support and manage financial aspects of projects within the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze various monthly management reports.
  • Analyze actual versus budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Tender Reviews on project pricing, assessing profitability and risk.
  • Assist in addressing queries from diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Advanced qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role.
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity and develop innovative ideas and business solutions.
  • Ability to influence, manage, and prioritize across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as BST, financial transaction systems, and data analytics tools like Planning Analytics (TM1), PowerBi is highly desirable.
  • A high level of competency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in a project environment is highly desirable.
