**Job Description**
As a Car Rental Team Member, your key responsibilities will include communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. You will also be required to open and close rental agreements, sell additional over-the-counter rental products, manage reservations, and organise fleet. To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills and/or experience, be an enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia. You will also be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
