The Property Co-ordinator – Terminals plays a crucial role in providing tenancy support and administration for Melbourne Airport's Terminal property portfolio. This position works closely with the Asset Managers to oversee a diverse portfolio of over 400 leases, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and airport requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in a property management co-ordinator or administrator role within a complex operating environment, such as an airport or shopping centre. They will also possess planning and financial skills, including the ability to review and process invoices, time and resource planning.
