Auto Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our dynamic team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for performing the servicing, repair and maintenance of mobile mining equipment in accordance with strict procedures.

  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance tasks on mobile mining equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of electrical systems
  • Install new electrical components and ensure they are properly tested

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive electrical technology, with experience working in the mining and heavy earth moving industry. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
  • Post-trade experience working in the mining and heavy earth moving industry
  • Refrigerated handling license advantageous
