Your role will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.

What you will do:

  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
  • Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
  • Manage inventory input on your Company allocated service van & at customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
  • Gain experience dealing with Australia's top-tier customer base
  • Join the leading forklift service business in Australia – the largest forklift service provider in the country
  • Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
  • Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – Reactive & Planned
  • Maintain accurate service records of all work performed

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties:

  • Conduct scheduled and breakdown services with a customer-focused approach
  • Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
  • Record notes and maintain service records accurately
  • Be part of the service team providing high-level customer service
  • Access industry-leading training and opportunities for progression
  • Maintain current technical knowledge, including automation and telematics technologies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services
  • Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service opportunities
