**Personal Care Assistant Position**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. This is a casual position that offers great flexibility, with various shifts available including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex needs care clients, manual handling, and working with clients with behavior needs. They must also have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid NDIS worker screening check.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.00 - $37.00 per hour, along with exciting opportunities for career growth and development in the Aged Care and Disability sector.

The role involves traveling to clients' homes to provide personalized care, ensuring their daily lifestyle and needs are met.
