We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and reliable NDIS Support Worker to assist our client living in Ballarat. Work will be one-on-one with a client to provide assistance with community participation and daily living. Previous Support Work experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not required.

Regular shifts will be Thursday 1:30pm - 3:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm and a 2 hour cleaning shift that is flexible with which day and time it begins.

**Duties**:

- Domestic assistance (cooking/baking and cleaning)
- Community participation
- Transportation
- Appropriate documentation and completion of shift notes
- Supporting client to become more independent and achieve their goals

**Requirements**:

- Full Victorian drivers license and vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Rights to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 7 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)

Work Location: In person
