**Support Client Independence**

We are seeking a passionate individual to support our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This is a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with 60+ hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
  • Provide personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
  • Transport clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress.
  • Be part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team.

Roster:** Permanent Part-Time – 60+ hours per fortnight (across morning, day and evening shifts)

Requirements:

  • Experience with behaviours of concern is preferred
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
