The role requires providing operational support to our national sales team. New broker members need to be onboarded efficiently and professionally.

  • Processing onboarding applications and agreements is a key responsibility.
  • Candidates should provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact in the customer journey.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and business requirements is crucial.
  • The CRM database needs to be accurately maintained.
About You

To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional customer service skills, a dynamic approach, and meticulous attention to detail. You should be results-focused, able to manage competing tasks effectively.

  • You'll have at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer support/processing role.
  • Relevant experience in the mortgage broking, third-party banking or finance industry is advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / CRM and database systems is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to detail are necessary.
