**Broker Support Specialist: Ausloans Melbourne West**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main liaison between brokers and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist brokers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of trading platforms and tools for our clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to support our brokers in making informed decisions and resolving client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall broker experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to brokers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploa in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in brokerage operations, client services, or a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
- Understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and brokerage platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
