We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate spiritual support specialist to deliver personal care services to residents and clients, aligning with their preferences and Catholic Healthcare's Mission.Key Responsibilities• Deliver personal spiritual support and care services to residents and clients, in accordance with their needs and the organization's values.• Support mission formation activities for employees within the residential aged care home.• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.Requirements• A Certificate III or IV in Pastoral Care or similar qualifications in theology or spirituality.• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith, particularly as it relates to dignity of life and aged care.• Commitment to supporting the pastoral/spiritual care needs of the sick and elderly, as well as their family members.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.Benefits• Competitive hourly pay rate.• Not-for-profit tax benefits.• Fitness Passport discounted gym benefits.• Paid Parental leave.• Long Service leave after 5 years.• Additional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers.• Values-based organization welcoming applicants from all faiths and backgrounds.
