We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with industry standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will take ownership of their designated kitchen section, ensuring every dish is delivered with excellence in both quality and presentation. This will involve:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to standard recipes;
  • Assisting in menu planning, developing new dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring hygiene and safety compliance;
  • Providing guidance, training, and coaching to kitchen staff.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivational, organizational, and training abilities. They will also possess excellent communication and writing skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts, Culinary Skills, or a related field. The ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and third parties in a professional manner is also essential.
