As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational clinical management with emphasis on quality and patient safety.

You will lead the team to maintain a high standard of clinical practice, develop staff, and provide support while emphasizing efficient and effective management of human and material resources.

This role is accountable for shaping organisational strategy, improving procedural service provision, and achieving departmental and hospital strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA, minimum 5 years postgraduate experience, and experience in Women's health.

A post-graduate studies in management qualifications are desirable.
