Clinical Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead and manage our Pakenham Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and care to patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, and rostering, and maintaining client records.
- Lead and develop the team, building a positive team culture and ensuring that monthly KPIs are met.
- Drive business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team.
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good business insight and organisational skills.
