**Clinical Leadership Position**
The Clinical Insights and Applications Team Leader provides leadership to the team with a focus on supporting customer and commercial needs. This role involves collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders, conducting site visits and optimizing clinical protocols and workflow to meet regional customer requirements. Additionally, it supports advanced customer training for modality products and GE internal teams focusing on clinical proof statements and value generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support, Demonstration and Installation**
- Supports high level product demonstrations, site visits and follow up as required.
- Manages and provides clinical support for large deals and tender responses.
- Communicates effectively with sales, marketing, service and leadership teams.
**Marketing and KOL Development**
- Understands customer needs linked to product value proposition.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships and KOLs for the region.
- Engages KOL sites, stimulates evaluation of new techniques/publications of results.
- Executes strategy with Key Opinion Leaders in product relevant care areas.
**Customer Satisfaction**
- Provides clinical, technical and professional guidance to maximise the customer experience.
- Mentors clinical field teams, providing clinical/professional guidance to improve the customer experience.
- Produces well-written post-training reports and provides regular feedback on customer satisfaction.
**Customer, Market and Product Expertise**
- Continuously develops deep clinical/technical knowledge including awareness of current/future trends.
- Stays connected to understand customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.
- References person to Zone account teams regarding clinical differentiation of modality products.
**Training and Education**
- Continuously develops deep clinical/technical knowledge including awareness of current/future trends.
- Stays connected to understand customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.

**Team Coaching**
- Takes lead with product training for new starters.
- Responsible for regularly having infield coaching sessions with modality team members.
- Creates regular opportunities to involve the team to share best practices on opportunity management.
- Role-models for the team in utilizing resources and networks to create and manage opportunities.
- Coaches and assists AM/PSS teams with product differentiation through various stages of the sales process.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Degree in Medical Radiation (Diagnostic Radiographer) with minimum 10 years experience in CT.
- Previous experience in leading teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and working as part of a dynamic team environment either as a team leader or individual contributor.
- Knowledge of regional market place and dynamics.
- Fluent in English.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan and execute.
- Experience with GE CT.
