Senior Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical research operations in Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive operational efficiencies, ensure high-quality trial delivery, and contribute to the success of our clinical trials unit.

  • Oversee site resources, staff management, and quality assurance to meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with investigators, recruitment teams, and sponsors to achieve study goals and objectives.
  • Manage site budgets, facilities, and equipment to optimize operational performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or Health-related field (diploma or bachelor's degree).
  • GCP training and understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in interventional clinical trials, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and CRO industries.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in MS Office, with experience in Office 365 an advantage.
