Role Overview

Job Title: Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and high-performing teams to deliver premium customer-first service experiences that build lasting relationships with our customers.

You will be responsible for orchestrating planning and prioritisation to ensure strategic objectives are translated into action, leading performance tracking, identifying interventions, and providing expert guidance on tools and techniques to drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead high-performing teams with a continuous improvement mindset that fosters innovation across the business unit (BU)
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of BU data in systems/tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to create BU Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with overarching strategy
  • Monitor key business metrics to report on business performance and identify actions for execution or escalation
  • Evaluate BU progress against OKRs in preparation for BU performance forums, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Big Room Planning sessions
  • Lead performance forums and contribute to complex orchestration discussions
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote agile ways of working across squads
  • Ensure compliance with group policies, processes, and frameworks
  • Track workforce and support resource decisions to enable delivery of outcomes
