Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead our employment services team in Central Western Sydney, Outer Western Sydney and Northern Sydney regions. This role will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to multiple Employment Service Areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-performing teams, delivering high-quality programs, and achieving key performance indicators. A strong understanding of the employment services sector and ability to build partnerships with stakeholders is essential.
