About the Role

The Business Consultant is a key professional responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to customers and stakeholders on product aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, and document solutions for customers
  • Configure customer solutions using product features and provide content assistance
  • Support senior consultants with administration tasks, including meeting notes, Jira tickets, and communications
  • Facilitate workshops with clients, including demos, training, and design sessions
  • Liaise between customers/business consultants and product teams
  • Assist with troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents
  • Contribute to process improvements and develop reusable tools
  • Travel as required for implementations

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook) and Jira software
  • Data model and query expertise
  • Business requirement analysis and solution mapping
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated approach to goal achievement
