About the Role

This is a senior marketing position that requires a leader to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization's vision and goals.

The successful candidate will drive the profile and recognition of the organization in the markets it serves, as well as those it aims to expand into.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading national, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and public relations platforms, shaping and strengthening the organization's brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all channels.

The individual in this position will oversee the creation of engaging content and design assets, while managing external creative partners to ensure brand consistency.

Additionally, they will allocate resources effectively, identify cost-efficient opportunities that maximize impact, and track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and platform metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and campaign optimization.

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong history in brand strategy and execution.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strategic, proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with public relations and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
