Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Systems Strategist

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the adoption of our advanced analytics toolkit across manufacturing sites, scaling proven solutions from single sites into business-wide impact.

The successful candidate will shape predictive models, advanced monitoring, and data-driven decision-making to improve safety, quality, yield, and efficiency across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop standardized frameworks, replicate proven solutions across sites, and ensure predictive models and advanced monitoring deliver transformational uplift

- Lead multi-site process intelligence roadmaps and ensure solutions are replicated quickly and effectively

- Partner with operations and functional teams to set the strategic direction for data governance and definitions

- Establish interoperability across tools, datasets, and departments to reduce duplication and break down silos

- Mentor analysts, champions, and leaders to build local ownership of tools and insights

- Deliver measurable improvements in yield, quality, safety, and efficiency through actionable insights

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology, or related field

- Strong technical and analytical skills, ideally within manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics

- Curiosity to explore complex systems

- Restorative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Ability to translate strategy into practical, adoptable solutions

- Experience mentoring others and building capability that outlives direct involvement
