Fleet Operations Coordinator

Fleet Management Specialist - Join our team in a role that requires you to coordinate the daily activities of various fleet assets. You will be responsible for maintaining, authorising and controlling all fleet assets, managing vendor relationships, processing registrations and road user charges, and providing regular reporting on fleet running costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with logistics/fleet management systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy. They will also possess good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel pivot tables, vlookup, and Power BI, as well as a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

- Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including vehicle locations, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Authorise repairs and maintenance for fleet vehicles, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate better deals and improve overall fleet efficiency.
- Process registrations and road user charges in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide regular reporting on fleet running costs, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending cost-saving measures.
