Operations Coordinator Job Summary">

This role is responsible for the effective coordination and management of tasks and operations within the Cold Store department at our Ballarat site.

The successful candidate will have experience in a logistics/despatch role within a fast-paced environment and be able to follow process while also dealing with ambiguity when required.

They will possess highly developed planning and organisational skills, strong communication and relationship management skills, and be able to identify and implement opportunities for improvement to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • ">
  • Manage the direction, coordination, planning and execution of tasks and operations within the Cold Store department.">
  • Coordinate trucks into and out of the site in a safe and effective manner.">
  • Manage the McCain Site Pallet Inventory & Reconciliation.">
  • Coordinate and complete regular cyclic stock take & Annual Stocktake.">
  • Management of the Cold Store Forklift Fleet Maintenance Program.">
  • Review and be accountable for Cold Store KPI's.">
  • Continual improvement of productivity whilst maintaining a high quality standards and output from your team.">
  • Monitor, maintain and improve the Quality Program of all Incoming and Outgoing finished goods.">
