Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a senior analytics professional, you will lead the development of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing dashboard reporting capabilities to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Leading performance analytics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Maintaining system integrity across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Delivering critical reporting to support business decisions, including APRA and ASIC compliance.
  • Developing financial and operational models to inform strategic initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in a similar analytics leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • A strong background in handling operational data, incident management, and complaint management processes.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing dashboards and reporting tools, with experience in Atlassian, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience in financial modeling, business case analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, data science, analytics, or a related field, with certifications highly regarded.
