Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product management & analytics, with a track record of delivering data product strategies that drive business outcomes. They possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business value.

  • Fundamental Responsibilities:
  • Translate data and analytics business goals into actionable product workstreams aligned with the enterprise data strategy.
  • Develop and manage the data product roadmap, including prioritisation, release planning, and team allocation.
  • Define core product positioning within the analytics ecosystem and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management & analytics, with a focus on data-driven product development.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and DBT.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business value.
  • Passion for enabling data literacy and driving adoption of self-service analytics across business units.
