Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our diverse range of fitout and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead teams, mentor junior team members, and deliver projects safely, profitably, and on time.
- Project Management from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
- Leading project teams and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and EHSQ requirements
- Effective relationships and communication with clients, sub-contractors, and stakeholders
- Tender interviews, contract management, and sub-contractor negotiations
- Construction programme and project delivery systems management
- Financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager for a principal contractor
- A natural leader with strong team player skills
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac software (although not essential)
