**Job Title:** Construction Site Manager Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely project delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trades, contractors, and resources, monitoring site activities, and resolving issues. They will also ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, building regulations, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage site operations, including trade management, contractor coordination, and resource allocation.
  2. Monitor site activities, identify potential risks, and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
  4. Maintain accurate site records, monitor costs, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  5. Lead, support, and mentor site teams to meet project goals, promoting accountability and professional development.
 Requirements:Experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role on large-scale projects is essential. Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or related fields are required. Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety requirements, and quality assurance processes is necessary.Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office is also required.
