Job Overview

This role encompasses coordinating the technical and administrative aspects of construction project delivery. The successful candidate will manage daily engineering functions on site, support technical coordination, and contribute to planning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, assist with subcontractor engagement, and drive construction quality through inspections and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineers, other consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design issues, manage technical queries, and ensure construction activities are delivered as specified.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction engineering on high-value projects.
  • A solid understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, buildability, and quality assurance processes.
