Opportunities abound for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as we seek an experienced Retail Sales Associate.

As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing world-class customer service and identifying customer needs
- Collaborating with the team to drive sales growth
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards through store presentation
- Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and unpacking stock (some heavy lifting required)

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- At least one year's retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-centric approach and experience working with electronic Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading days
