Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Tuggerah. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience, and for building strong relationships with your team members to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience
  • Build strong relationships with team members to drive success and improve sales performance
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including rostering, store performance, and onboarding new starters
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to work
  • Experience within the furniture/bedding industry is desirable but not essential
