Aircraft Turnaround Operations Manager

In this critical role, you will oversee airport operational performance and drive improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational issues affecting customers and operations.
- Coordinate aircraft movements with various stakeholders, including JOCC, Jetstar Engineering, Airport authorities, ground services providers, and others.
- Oversight of ground service providers to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Develop and implement projects related to aircraft turnaround services.
- Support the management of domestic and international operational performance.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and financial deliverables.
- Foster a strong working relationship with airport leaders, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Lead and develop a skilled and enthusiastic workforce in line with business volume and targets.
- Ensure team members are aware of OH&S, aviation safety, and security policies.
